10GTEK Product Warranty
10GTEK TRANSCEIVERS CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as 10GTEK) ensures that the products listed in the following have gone through fully strict quality control from the purchase of raw materials to the whole manufacturing process. According to the following all sorts of situations and constraints, for the defective products being proved to be caused by poor raw materials or deficient manufacturing operation, 10GTEK will provide free repairs or replacement services. Maintenance services and replacement products will be achieved in an exchange manner. The above warranty does not apply if the product damage is caused by incorrect installation, unexpected disaster, natural calamity, abuse, misuse, overvoltage-undervoltage, improper operation, undesirable environmental condition or any unauthorized disassembly, repairs or modification.
This warranty is also not applicable if the product label is modified, scrawled or removed, the package is damaged or imperfect, or the product is second-hand and so on.
The warranty guarantees that consumers can get maintenance or replacement services only when they buy defective or damaged products from 10GTEK. For the data corruption and maintenance needs being caused by using other damaged devices in the system, and which make 10GTEK product can not work, 10GTEK will have no obligation to compensate and not take any responsibility. This warranty does not contain the third-party software, the relevant connected equipment and so on.
3-Year Warranty for Fiber Optic Transceivers(40G&100G: 1 year) and High Performance Cables: All 10GTEK's transceivers and High Performance Cables have a thirty-six months warranty since the date of purchase. This limited warranty only extends to the original purchasers of 10GTEK's products, can not be transferred to others.

All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period under 10Gtek warranty policy, 10Gtek, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.
In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item that you want to ask for return and refund within 15 days of delivery, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # and return instruction via email. Return tracking No. must be provided within 7 working days after you receive the RMA in order to get a full refund (refunds don't include freight charge and transaction cost). You should expect to receive your refund within 2 months of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
RMA is not acceptable if:
1.Products exceeds the warranty period.
2.Products don't accord with 10Gtek warranty policy.
3.No RMA agreement was reached with a 10Gtek sales representative before RMA.
4.RMA is not done based on 10Gtek RMA instructions.
The information above is the complete warranty provisions for 10Gtek products, which is the only effective warranty promise and will replace all written or verbal warranty commitments. Other warranties out of this clause, including decrees in other countries, provinces or locations and any indicative warranty clauses that is non-aggressive, merchantable or suited for some specific purposes, will not be recognized by 10Gtek.
10Gtek has not authorized its products to be used in those critical parts that is related to device life, or other applications in which product failure or mal-function may cause injury or death. If 10Gtek products are used in military equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems or medical equipment, 10Gtek will not assume any liability for any possible casualties or property loss.
10Gtek warranty responsibility only confines to maintenance, replacement and interest-free refund services. Any violation of the warranty clause or law will be compensated only by maintenance, replacement or interest-free refund. To the maximum extent of law permission, 10Gtek will not be held the responsible to its customers or end users for any damage, expenses, loss of data, loss of income, loss of savings, loss of profits and any unavoidable or indirect damage resulted from the purchase, use or incapable function of 10Gtek's product.
a.The warranty clause does not include any product damage caused by improper installation, accident hazards, natural disasters, abuse, misuse, low power or over-voltage, incorrect operation, poor/ bad environmental conditions and any unauthorized dis-assembly, repair or modification.
b.The warranty clause does not apply to products with modified internal electronic information, EEPROM information, etc. without authorized.
c.The warranty clause does not include system problems caused by third-party software, upgraded software or upgraded IOS of the connecting devices.
